Play responsibly
Try My Luck is meant to be fun. If it ever stops being fun, please stop and reach out for support โ these resources are free and confidential.
Set yourself limits
- Only spend what you can afford to lose. Treat entry fees like the cost of going to the cinema, not an investment.
- Set a monthly budget for prize competitions, and stick to it.
- Don't enter to chase a previous miss โ the next draw is independent of the last.
- If you're stressed, tired, drunk or upset, log out and come back another day.
Self-exclusion
If you'd like us to stop you entering, email exclude@trymyluck.co.uk from the address linked to your account, with one of the following:
- Pause: we block your account for 30 days, then it reopens automatically.
- 6-month exclusion: we block your account for 6 months, no early reversal.
- Permanent exclusion: we delete your account and add your email and address to a suppression list so you cannot re-register.
We will action the request within 24 hours of receiving it. Any paid entries already in a live draw will remain in that draw โ they will not be refunded โ but you will not be able to enter further competitions.

Signs to watch for
If any of these apply, please consider talking to someone or self-excluding:
- Spending more than you can afford on entries
- Hiding entries from family or partners
- Borrowing money to buy entries
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you don't enter
- Believing the next draw will "make up for" the last
- Entries are getting in the way of work, sleep, relationships, or hobbies
